Compensation Specialist
About the Role :
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to support strategic compensation initiatives and manage a data migration project. This is a remote and temporary opportunity ideal for someone with deep expertise in compensation analytics and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using tools like Payfactors
Analyze compensation data to support strategic decision-making
Manage and execute complex data migration projects
Apply advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and modeling
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compensation strategies align with business goals
Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation trends and data
Qualifications :
Proven experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and benchmarking
Proficiency in Payfactors is a must
Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
Experience managing data migration and transformation projects
Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly
Strategic mindset with attention to detail
