The Cath Lab provides inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures for adult and pediatric patients.

4 Cath Labs and 3 EP Labs

Focus on both mechanical and electrical cardiac interventions

Collaborative model with RNs and CVTs

Includes pre- and post-procedure care areas

✅ Requirements

Experience :

Minimum 2 years Cath Lab RN experience

Critical care or cardiac experience

Certifications :

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

Moderate Sedation training

Telemetry competency

NY RN License (required)

Clinical Skills :

Must Have Experience :

TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman

Right & Left Heart Hemodynamics

Cardiac Interventions (CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro)

Mechanical Circulatory Support (ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, LVAD)

Structural Heart (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty, ASA)
