We’re seeking a high-impact, sales driven General Manager for a furniture and home furnishing store. This role leads a team of commission-based Sales Consultants and is fully accountable for store performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

General Manager Requirements / Responsibilities
Lead a team of 12–20 Sales Consultants to meet monthly and annual sales goalsDrive a culture of coaching, accountability, and daily selling excellenceManage scheduling, training, hiring, and performance reviewsMaintain showroom presentation and ensure promotion accuracy5–7 years of retail sales or customer-facing management experience requiredMust be open to working a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
