A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to oversee equipment installation, servicing, and repair in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality telephone support with a focus on customer service and product expertise
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and oversee repairs of defective equipment and software
Generate revenue through consulting services and upgrades for existing customers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience driving revenue from sales of value-added services
Ability to troubleshoot and configure various hardware and software systems
Flexibility to work across different time zones (CST, EST, PST)
Experience with retail hardware and familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus
