• Extraordinarily competitive compensation - $310-425K+, commensurate with experience and scope of practice
• Best-in-industry scholarship stipend / loan support : $300K
• Generous signing bonus and relocation stipend
• Desirable case mix - lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, no OB
• Come and go as you please and avoid waiting around at the hospital if it's a slow day! If the surgery schedule is light, you're free to go home (or not come in) and it still counts as a workday.
• Outstanding work / life balance - 32-34 hours per work week on average
• This is an extremely financially stable hospital, and their surgical services are the "crown jewel" of the organization. Their goal is to find a sixth high-quality CRNA who will help them continue to meet the needs of their growing community - and they are willing to remunerate accordingly.
