ISV Program Manager
The ISV Program Manager, North America is responsible for driving the successful execution and continuous improvement of Sage's Independent Software Vendor (ISV) programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on program operations, governance, communication, and executionensuring Sage's ISV initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and aligned with broader Partner and Product strategies. Partnering with ISV Account Managers, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Partner Operations, and regional leadership teams, the ISV Program Manager will oversee initiatives that enhance program performance, streamline processes, and provide visibility across stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining alignment between U.S. and Canadian partner teams while ensuring ISV programs deliver measurable impact to Sage and its ecosystem. Operating in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment, this role combines strong program management discipline with deep understanding of partner operations and go-to-market processes to drive execution excellence and organizational alignment. This is a hybrid role : 3 days per week onsite.
