Wheeled Vehicle Technician

As a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, your role is to supervise and perform maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles that serve the Army in various mission-critical roles.

You will inspect, service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust, and test wheeled vehicles, material handling equipment systems, subsystems, and components, as well as automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and diagnose issues with wheeled vehicles and their systems.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.

Repair and replace damaged or faulty vehicle parts.

Adjust and fine-tune vehicle systems for optimal performance.

Test and certify repaired vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card.

Age 17-34 years old.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Meet Tattoo Guidelines.

No Major Law Violations.

No Medical Concerns.
