About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Registered Nurse (RN)

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Pediatric / Adolescent Behavioral Health / Psychiatric experience required.

License : Iowa RN License required.

Certifications : BLS (AHA), MOAB certification required.

Must-Have : Completed at least one travel contract within the previous 12 months.

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to pediatric patients.

You will utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care.

You will be required to float across various units as needed.

You must work every other weekend, including holiday rotation.

You will take part in same-day clinical interviews via a phone screen.

Preparation for clinician interviews is expected.

Experience with MOAB, MAB, or CPI is required during onboarding if not already active.

You will be working in the pediatric inpatient setting.

A day in the life of a Registered Nurse involves both individual patient care and collaboration with team members.

Participation in holiday staffing is a requirement.

You must be prepared for potential floating across different care settings.
