Illinois license is Required

• Duration : January 4 th , 2021 December 31 st , 2021 (Per Your Availability)
• Location : 100% Remote work, Phone Consults only
• Schedule : Per Your Availability, Monday Friday, half day Saturday
• Call : Friday night Monday morning
• Patients : very low volume, may not receive any calls some days
• SCOPE : 100% Infusion Center Patients
• Hospital : 322 Bed, Level II Hospital
• Cerner EMR, bur not expected to use the EMR system very much
• Requirement : Board certified in both HEM and ONC with Illinois license
