As a CMA II, your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Prepare and assist with in-office procedures (examples : IUD insertion, colposcopy, LEEP, cystoscopy, vasectomy, biopsy, rhinoscopy, US guided procedures, Lumbar punctures, paracentesis, etc.).
