The Opportunity

As Staff Accountant you will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close and financial reporting. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in a high-performance PE-backed environment. Core Responsibilities

• Record daily cash transactions in the general ledger
• Prepare and record journal entries for month end close
• Perform account reconciliations on general ledger accounts to verify balances and resolve inconsistencies
• Assist with monthly variance analysis and annual budget
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
• Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities in monthly close process and system implementations
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years experience in accounting or related field
• Software proficiency (ERP, Microsoft Office suite)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
