Finance Manager - Segment Reporting
Reporting into the Corporate FP&A - Income Statement team, the Finance Manager - Segment Reporting is responsible for managing all aspects of Segment and Income Statement financial reporting, including internal measurement, external disclosures, reporting governance, and ownership of the Segment reporting tool (HCFP). This role requires strong cross-functional engagement and partnership with the four reporting Segments, Controllership, and Finance IT. The position plays a key role in executing Corporate FP&A processes such as Monthly Finance Reviews, Monthly Operating Reviews, Long-Term Strategy, Budget, monthly / quarterly close, and quarterly Earnings and SEC filings. Success in this role requires effective communication, strong partnership, influencing, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
Lead external reporting for Segment and Income Statement financials across all four reporting Segments and total Company, including disclosures for Segment Revenue, Organic Revenue Growth, Cost of Sales, Other Segment Expenses, Segment EBIT, and preparation of the MD&A section for 10-Q / K filings.
Serve as primary owner of critical tie-outs & sign-offs of all Income related externally reported metrics, including those included in SEC Filings, Earning Presentations, and other external related reviews, in collaboration with Controllership.
Provide functional oversight of the HealthCare Franchise Profitability (HCFP) tool, including allocation model methodology, synchronization across reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles, and implementation of enhancements in collaboration with Finance IT and Controllership.
Serve as subject matter expert on complex Segment reporting topics, including allocation rules, indirect cost methodologies, and reconciliation between financial systems (e.g., Global Essbase, direct vs. fully-burdened Segment financials).
Support Monthly Operating Review processes by ensuring timely development of financial tools and accuracy of Segment financials for leadership reviews.
Lead key transformation initiatives across the Corporate FP&A - Income team, driving automation, process simplification, and improved data accessibility to enhance reporting efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related with 6+ years of relevant experience.
