What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Guide regional sales teams in account strategy, territory planning, and customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations
Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting performance against targets
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills across diverse teams and cultures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools such as Power BI and Salesforce
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
