  • Responsible for assessing learning needs and learning performance / competence of the MA / LPN role in assigned clinical area(s).
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates education using best available evidence to meet identified learning needs of staff.
  • Acts as a collaborative partner, educational leader, facilitator, instructor, subject matter expert, change agent, mentor, consultant and advocate.
  • Supports onboarding, competency, regulatory education, professional development, and just-in-time education for staff.
  • Partners with System Educators to identify and develop role-based and / or specialty-area education.
  • Deploys Froedtert Health System education / programming at the local / specialty level.
  • Teaches system, site, role-based and department / specialty -based classes / courses as assigned.
  • Adapts job practices in alignment with the Association for Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) : Scope and Standards of Practice Third (3rd) Edition (2016).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
