CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Responsibilities
- Manage the archiving of Relativity databases, developing, managing, and documenting a workflow process to identify, archive, and delete materials according to required policies and NARA instruction / policy.
- Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements and propose technical approaches to IT needs.
- Determine system and project requirements based on gathered information.
- Design entire system to meet those requirements.
- Perform or supervise technical support on projects ranging from validation and testing to smaller systems.
- Conduct systems evaluations, prepare and present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.
- Consult with COR regarding task orders, scheduling of work, personnel assignments, priorities, progress reporting, plans, staffing, schedules, and develop cost estimates for work to be performed under task orders.
- Report on contract and task order progress.
- Direct and supervise personnel assigned to perform on-task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and that technical design meets functional requirements.
- Ensure successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control.
- Prepare system / technical documentation and work under the configuration management plan.
- Organize and conduct user training sessions on systems developed; prepare training materials and manuals.
Qualifications
Significant Relativity experience, including creation of ARMs (Archive / Restore / Move), with at least five years of hands?on experience.Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures.Broad knowledge of government IT environments, office automation networks, PC and server?based databases and applications.Experience in a litigation support environment is highly helpful.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Supervisory experience very strongly preferred.Ability to lead a technical team, analyze attorneys needs, and design / implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs.Undergraduate degree in computer science or information / technology management strongly preferred.Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist Certificate preferred.Benefits
