Overview
Encuentro seeks an Operations & Systems Senior Manager to partner with the ED and senior leadership, ensuring excellence in internal operations. This role oversees compliance, finance, HR, and facilities, building systems that strengthen financial health, compliance, and sustainable growth. The manager ensures daily operations run smoothly and that the organization remains well-coordinated across diverse programs and funding sources.
