What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following protocols set by Allied Universal and the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe and report activities, helping to deter unauthorized or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or any unusual occurrences observed during patrols.

Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Work collaboratively with fellow Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
