Clinical Associate with MA Certification

A company is looking for a Clinical Associate to support their interdisciplinary virtual and home-based medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare members for telehealth visits and coordinate care across various healthcare services

Manage orders and follow up on lab results, ensuring communication between members and clinicians

Provide triage support and patient education while advocating for members' healthcare needs

Required Qualifications

MA Certification (highly preferred), with acceptance of expired certifications

Significant MA experience may substitute for certification

Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

Two years of patient-facing experience, preferably with telehealth

Prior primary care experience is a plus
