Responsibilities

The Associate Technician Shipping / Receiving & Distribution is responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory / material control. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is part of the Distribution Center team located in Hebron, KY and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Receives and stores product, picks and packs product for shipment, and ships orders. Inspect materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates and product part number.
• Creates and / or ensures appropriate documentation is completed for orders. Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned.
• May involve operation of powered industrial equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, and / or reach trucks. Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with management team. Assist management team on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives.
