Title : CDL A Driver - $3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Type : Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Schedule : Monday - Friday 5 : 45am - 1 : 00pm - 7 : 00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range : $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Objective : Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating all vehicles in our fleet—including tractor trailers, straight trucks, and box trucks—all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.
