    • LOCATION :

  • 19000 NE 25th Ave., North Miami Beach, FL 33180 DUTIES :                                       Teaching subjects in Math which can include Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, PreCalculus, Calculus, College Math, and Statistics.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
  • Develop formative and summative assessments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
  • Document lesson plans, assessments, and curriculum in Atlas.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Education, Statistics, Science, Physics, or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience as a high school Advanced Math teacher.

    • Prior experience must include :

  • Preparing and delivering lessons in advanced math including Algebra II, Statistics (Honors & AP), Geometry and Calculus; Preparing, delivering and grading student assessments, projects, quizzes and tests; Preparing students for college admissions tests (SAT and ACT); Developing formative and summative assessments, midterms and finals; Developing pedagogical practices and curriculum for all classes; Experience in classroom management and Instructional Technology; and Developing and completing reports for students with comments.
