💼 Employment Type : Full-Time | Contract

Salary : Annually : $130,000 to $180,000

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations in our Santa Fe Springs facility. This 4-month contract role is ideal for a senior operations leader with a strong background in production oversight, team leadership, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• ️ Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, logistics, inventory, and quality control
• ️ Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and ensure operational excellence
• ️ Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• ️ Manage vendor relationships, supply chain coordination, and procurement activities
• ️ Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• ️ Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with strategic objectives
• ️ Support reporting, documentation, and project execution across departments

Qualifications :

✅ 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

✅ Proven success in managing plant operations, teams, and cross-departmental initiatives

✅ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

✅ Ability to work on-site and adapt quickly to dynamic production needs
