Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN for a contract position in Hot Springs, AR. This role involves managing a home health caseload, completing OASIS documentation, and charting all visits in Homecare Homebase (HCHB). The nurse will provide skilled care and education to patients and families in their homes while ensuring compliance with all agency and Joint Commission standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform admissions, resumptions, recerts, and discharges using OASIS

Deliver skilled nursing care and education in the home setting

Maintain accurate records in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Ensure adherence to agency policies and Joint Commission guidelines

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Arkansas

Minimum 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in home health

OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
