Role Description

This is a full-time (M-F) on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist located in Poultney, VT. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for handling analytical tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients, and supporting sales operations. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the sales process by managing documentation, interacting with customers, resolving inquiries, and helping the sales team with various tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Sales Operations
• Proven ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM software.
• Prior experience in sales support or related roles is a plus.
