We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Jewelry Designer to support our design team and contribute to the development of seasonal collections and new product lines.
Role Summary
As an Assistant Jewelry Designer, you will play a key role in the design process — from concept development through sample production. This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for fashion trends, excellent design execution skills, and a passion for creating commercially successful jewelry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design team in developing seasonal collections
- Create detailed sketches, CADs, mood boards, and presentation materials
- Conduct market and trend research to inform new designs
- Assist with sourcing materials and organizing samples
- Prepare technical drawings and product specification sheets
- Communicate with vendors and production teams regarding samples and revisions
- Maintain digital and physical design archives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field1–2 years of design experience in fashion jewelry or accessories (internships considered)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, or similar)Strong sketching and rendering skills (hand or digital)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interest in fashion, styling, and current accessory trendsPreferred Qualifications
Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturersFamiliarity with jewelry production processes and materialsKnowledge of trend forecasting platforms (e.g., WGSN)What We Offer
