• Support Staff / Supervision : CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNAs / day, autonomous / independent setting
• # of OR's : Runs 3-4 OR's daily, OR, Endo, OB & cardiology. The team averages 17 cases / day.
• Case Mix : Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology TEE, cardioversion. GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot
• Active OH License : Yes
• Credentialing Time-Frame : 60-90 days
