Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Positions Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days; 4-8 hour days / week, weekdays will vary

32 - 40 hours weekly guarantee

Possible Housing Opportunity

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted CO License

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy

Must have at least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred

Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
