We’re seeking a dynamic Procurement Counsel to build and lead a global team supporting complex, high-value sourcing initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and partner directly with senior leadership across Legal and Procurement.

Responsibilities :

• Build and lead a global procurement contracting team (3–6 professionals).
• Partner with Legal and Procurement leadership to develop and execute contracting strategies.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex, high-value buy-side agreements under tight timelines.
• Deliver practical, business-minded legal advice that balances risk and results.
• Improve processes, templates, and playbooks to accelerate deal cycles.
• Manage supplier disputes and claims, partnering with internal / external counsel.
