Procurement Contracting Counsel

We’re seeking a dynamic Procurement Counsel to build and lead a global team supporting complex, high-value sourcing initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and partner directly with senior leadership across Legal and Procurement.

Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a global procurement contracting team (3–6 professionals).
- Partner with Legal and Procurement leadership to develop and execute contracting strategies.
- Negotiate, draft, and close complex, high-value buy-side agreements under tight timelines.
- Deliver practical, business-minded legal advice that balances risk and results.
- Improve processes, templates, and playbooks to accelerate deal cycles.
- Manage supplier disputes and claims, partnering with internal / external counsel.
What You Bring :
J.D. and license to practice law in the U.S.5+ years of experience in a multinational corporation or law firm.Strong background in procurement or complex commercial transactions.Proven leadership experience building or managing legal teams.Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.Business-savvy mindset with the ability to influence across functions.Why Join :
