Overall Assignment Description : Employability / Quality Audit Report Tracker QART

Support Duties include :

• (U) Provide support and maintenance to established PERSEC programs
• (U) Support the execution of the day-to-day NGA PERSEC
• (U) Prepare, support and administer PERSEC program briefings, as needed
• Prepare, write and present reports / whitepaper, various forms of correspondence, as required
• (U) Brief SISP leadership and other NGA KC’s regarding the program requirements and regulations
• (U) Appropriately and accurately maintain and update databases and files (e.g., PeopleSoft security system of records, SISP SharePoint Page, internal SISP file folders, etc.) with data entry in a timely manner / real time
• (U) Respond in a timely manner to all telephone and / or email actions, questions, or status inquires to include checks of internal and external personnel security databases
• (U) Assist in maintaining distribution lists for customers to contact PERSEC, as needed / required
• (U) Bring case security issues to the attention of the government Team Leads
• (U) Assist the government PERSEC team to help in developing recommendations for improvement
• (U) Provide service excellence in guidance and resolution to internal and external customers’ questions and inquiries in a timely manner for support to their programs
• (U) Utilizes a variety of security concepts, principles and practices to analyze and recommend solutions for difficult and complex security issues
• (U) Document and provide Weekly Activity Report (WAR) actions in the SISP designated template and timeline to the Government Team Lead
• (U) Shall provide review of background investigations to make employability recommendations for NGA applicants
• (U) Complete all actions within the mandated timelines (e.g., IRTPA, DNI, etc.)
• (U) Prepare accurate and quality employability assessments / reports for decision in accordance with the established procedure and 5CFR Section 302
• (U) Deliver suitability / employability assessments within 2 business days of receipt of each checkpoint
• (U) Document, file, and maintain all employability actions in the security system of record (e.g., PeopleSoft, DISS, etc.)
• (U) Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve missing or discrepant information
• (U) Review the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within five business days of date assignment by GPOC.
• (U) Coordinate any issues identified in record audit with GPOC
• (U) Accurately detail information and document status of all issues, to include resolution, in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART) system
• (U) Create / Prepare metrics reports for Investigative Service Providers (ISP) on a monthly basis, as requested by the GPOC.
