Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic investor relations program to enhance understanding and confidence in the company's vision and performance

Craft and refine investor messaging aligned with company priorities and market trends

Serve as the primary spokesperson with investors and analysts, building relationships and managing investor engagement

Required Qualifications

Proven success in leading Investor Relations for a publicly traded company, preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environment

Deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation

Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
