A company is looking for a Director, Business Development (Medical Communications) to drive Medical Communications services.
Key Responsibilities
Set up meetings with key decision makers to identify and close opportunities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and account development plans
Manage the sales process, including proposal writing and pricing negotiations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7-10 years of experience in sales of Learning and Development or Medical Communication services to the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas exceeding $2M
Experience with eLearning modules, training videos, and other related services
Familiarity with SalesForce for pipeline management preferred
