This Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.Required Qualifications : Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice; eligible and willing to obtain licenses in other states in the region of assignment, as requiredGraduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited universityBoard Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Geriatric Medicine preferred)Active and unrestricted DEA licenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues / patientsFully engaged in the concept of Integrated team-based care modelWillingness and ability to learn / adapt to practice in a value-based care settingSuperior patient / customer serviceBasic computer skills, including email and EMRThis role is considered patient facing and is part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
