About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized therapy plans—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on physician referrals
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Set measurable goals to promote patient recovery and functional independence
  • Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians per state regulations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Track patient progress, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and in-service training

    • Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Texas PT license (or eligibility)
  • Ability to supervise support staff in accordance with state practice laws
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to assist with patient transfers (up to 250 lbs with help)
  • Must meet local health regulations and pass any required screenings
  • Flexibility to travel to nearby facilities if needed
