Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician. This role involves collaboration with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team to individualize patient care. The RN will direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care, ensuring compliance with nursing practice standards, administrative policies, and departmental procedures. This position may require flexibility, as the RN will be expected to rotate locations based on organizational needs.
