Job descriptionMinimum 21 years of age Valid Massachusetts driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation 3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (spirits strongly preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to travel 3–5 days per week, including some weekends Able to lift up to 50 pounds Strong relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team Integrity, dedication, and passion for growing a brand Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) Experience with door-to-door, face-to-face, and on-premise sales outreach Prior success using social media or marketing activations to grow sales Experience educating retail and hospitality teams on product knowledge Comfort leading small group presentations or tastings
