Additionally, the CFOO will be tasked with leading the organization's operations, fostering a values-driven culture, and overseeing the technology strategy to support the organization's growth and impact.
Candidates for the CFOO position at the company should have at least 10 years of nonprofit management experience, with a preference for those who have worked in organizations with a national scope and a significant operating budget. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, experienced in cross-functional management, and adept at fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. They should be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of leading through change and transformation.
