Pay Range : $60 - $65 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead quarterly planning for Store Operations domain, facilitating planning events, setting objectives, and developing execution roadmaps.
• Act as Program Manager during quarterly execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Drive operational improvements, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting for the domain.
