Responsibilities Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel

Develop and implement coherent strategies for clients and projects

Generate business revenue by expanding services and identifying new client opportunities

Manage, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

Represent the employer and key clients at industry events to build networking and business contacts

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field

Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and secure high-impact media placements

Extensive writing and editing experience across various print and online media

Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive strategic communications and media relations programs

Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media influencer engagement and media coverage amplification

Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans

Proven experience in building and coaching a team of communications specialists

Ability to set up measurement programs and assess the ROI of communications activities
