Flight Nurse

This is more than just a job - it's a calling. As a Flight Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of emergency care, providing rapid response and advanced medical support to patients in need.

• Schedule
• 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, followed by 5 days off
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced pre-hospital and inter-facility critical care transport via rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground
• Perform complex patient assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency interventions during stabilization and transport
• Accurately document patient care and transport details
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and medical teams
• Stay current on training, competencies, clinical rotations, and continuing education
• Support community outreach and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Qualifications
• Active RN license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 3 years of current critical care / emergency experience (5 years preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma certification (TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS required; NRP and instructor certifications preferred)
• CFRN required within 24 months of hire
• Flight or transport experience preferred
• Must meet weight restrictions (under 235 lbs) and pass pre-placement physical, lift test, and drug screen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• $93,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on experience)
