About the Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be essential in providing compassionate care and ensuring the comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and relevant medical information
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Providing wound care and performing other necessary nursing interventions
• Supervising Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering outstanding care
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and procedures
