Chief Medical Officer : PACE-RI

Providence, RI

Practice Highlights

  • The PACE-RI organization has been dedicated to keeping seniors healthy and independent at home for over 20 years. They provide primary care services to over 450 participants across four locations in Rhode Island.
  • Administrative and clinical responsibility : Lead a primary care team of 8 providers plus nursing and allied health professionals.
  • Optimal work-life balance : Each provider averages 4-6 patients per day
  • Medicine without metrics : No productivity benchmarks, wRVUs, or burnout
  • Work environment : Practice within a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art health center

Qualifications and Experience

  • MD or DO
  • Must be eligible to receive a medical license in the state of Rhode Island
  • 5 years of primary care experience required
  • 3-5 years of clinical management experience
  • BE / BC : Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
