Position Overview :

The Engineering Associate will assist the Engineering team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment and systems within the sterile manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of engineering principles and a passion for process improvement in a regulated pharma manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support day-to-day operations of the engineering department in equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues in production and utility areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance, calibration, and validation per GMP and regulatory standards.
• Support installation, qualification, and validation (IQ / OQ / PQ) of new equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Work with the QA and Production teams to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
