a Pediatric Urologist to the group at NYC Health +
Hospitals / Lincoln . Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I
Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all
medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast

ability to pay. Provide comprehensive pediatric
urologic care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient
management, and surgical treatment. Perform robotic-assisted
and minimally invasive urologic surgeries with proficiency.
Supervise, mentor, and educate urology residents and medical
students, fostering an academic learning environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians,
nephrologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research
activities, and clinical protocol development. Engage in
community outreach and educational activities to promote pediatric
urologic health. Board Eligibility or Board Certification in
Urology by the American Board of Urology. Completion of an
accredited fellowship in Pediatric Urology. Active and Unrestricted
New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
Demonstrated experience in robotic-assisted pediatric urologic
surgery. Prior experience in an academic or teaching hospital
setting, preferred. The annual total value of compensation package
is estimated at $580,520
401(k) contribution, sessional / per diem hours, and other factors as
set forth below : ~ Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional
sessional / per diem hours worked per week is $55,520. ~
Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s
average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
