You will need to have exceptional networking skills, professionalism, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside the Branch Manager as a face of the brand to continue to expand exposure. Continue to uphold and grow a reputation within the industry as an industry expert. Prior experience in the mortgage industry is not mandatory - the right mindset, enthusiasm, work ethic, attitude, and attitude are a must!

Compensation :

$55,000 - $60,000 + bonus

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the Colorado market.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry professionals, ensuring a strong network within the mortgage industry.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, enhancing our brand's visibility.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our company and build lasting professional connections.
• Execute a comprehensive follow-up plan to maintain engagement with potential and existing clients.
• Set up and coordinate appointments for the Branch Manager, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
