As a Planner / Scheduler at JRC, you'll be at the heart of project execution, collaborating across departments and with external stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly. We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules for multiple Department of Defense (DoD) support facility construction and equipment installation projects. This is your opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical operations, ensuring timelines are met, resources are optimized, and stakeholders stay informed.

What You'll Do

• Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple facility buildouts.
• Align schedules with key project milestones, deliverables, and sub-schedules.
• Gather daily inputs from engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Communicate complex schedule data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze the impact of delays, design changes, and resource shifts on overall timelines.
• Brief project managers and stakeholders regularly on schedule status and critical paths.
• Identify schedule risks early and help develop effective mitigation strategies.
