Job description3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (non-negotiable) Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and terminology Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Proficiency in Excel multitasking ability and strong attention to detail, verbal / written communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
- Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar project management platforms.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and terminology.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
