Surgical / Room Technologist (Pediatrics) – Syracuse, NY 13210 :

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Prep and sterilize surgical instruments for pediatric cases.
  • Maintain sterile field and ensure infection control protocols.
  • Assist surgeons during complex procedures (orthopedic, neuro, trauma, ENT, etc.).
  • Handle pediatric surgical tools and equipment.
  • Support specimen handling and OR documentation.

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • 3+ years of recent OR experience (within the last 4 years) in high-acuity settings.
  • Experience in specialties like trauma, ortho, vascular, neuro, GYN, ENT, GU, bariatrics.
  • Pediatric surgical experience strongly preferred.
  • Scrub tech experience required.
  • Strong sterile technique and surgical instrumentation skills.
