Job descriptionQuarterly Performance-Based Incentive Bonus $75 - $90 per hour Comprehensive Benefits Package Including Medical / Dental / Vision Generous PTO and CME Retirement Plans Including 401k With 4% Match Premium Pay Malpractice At least 1 year of experience in an ER or UC as a PA Candidate must possess appropriate skills to provide appropriate care in an urgent care setting such as suturing, splints, etc). All providers must be willing to see patients within the full lifespan (birth through adult) Providers will work at multiple sites. Schedules will be further discussed during the interview. Flexible scheduling, enjoy a 3 / 4 / 5 day work week Physician owned and operated Exceptional Support, including our ultra-efficient Scribe Program Over 100 locations and growing into the tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT) New graduate providers will be considered for CityMD's PA Urgent Care fellowship if they do not possess the experience needed to perform UC procedures (suturing, splinting, etc) independently. Fellowship will re-open Dec 2026 Explore entrepreneurial ventures in healthcare, such as locum tenens agencies or consulting services, leveraging your expertise and network gained from locum work. Explore telemedicine or remote healthcare opportunities through locum assignments, leveraging technology to deliver care to patients in underserved or remote areas. Extend your career or transition into semi-retirement by taking on locum roles, supplementing your retirement income while staying engaged in clinical practice.
