BCBA | Centre-Based Early Intervention | Maryland
If you want to do meaningful clinical work without losing your evenings or weekends, this Maryland team gives you the structure, support and development you need to grow your career and protect your quality of life at the same time.
What your week looks like
This is a centre-based early intervention programme for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Your schedule stays consistent. Monday to Friday. Eight to five. No nights or weekends. Your caseload is capped at eight full-time clients with twenty five billable hours each week, giving you time to plan, think and lead without being spread too thin.
You will work alongside trained Behavior Technicians, Specialists and a Clinical Director who provides ongoing guidance and mentorship. The team structure is designed so you can stay focused on clinical decisions rather than administration or constant logistical challenges.
What you can count on
How they support your growth
The organisation puts clinical quality first. You will have access to BCBA leaders across the network and doctoral-level BCBAs for mentorship. The environment is designed to help you refine your skills, build confidence and develop toward advanced roles.
Training is taken seriously. Behavior Technicians go through a multi-week coaching model to ensure consistency and fidelity. This means your programs are delivered accurately and you have a reliable foundation beneath your clinical decisions.
The centre-based model keeps the whole team under one roof, giving you more direct access to clients, colleagues and support. It reduces drive time, improves collaboration and strengthens the culture of shared learning.
Your responsibilities
You will oversee assessment, treatment planning, protocol modification and caregiver collaboration for your caseload. You will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and Specialists, support families using evidence-based training tools, and maintain high clinical standards across programming and documentation.
You will collaborate with families, funders, schools and other providers as needed and help guide clinical decision making within the centre. This includes contributing to professional development, meetings and site leadership when appropriate.
Who this suits
You are committed to high quality ABA and want the space to practise it well. You value clarity, structure and a work rhythm that does not compete with your life outside of it. You enjoy being part of a collaborative clinical community and want a role where your growth is supported rather than assumed.
If you are looking for the right blend of purpose, balance and development, this Maryland team would like to speak with you.
