Location : Grand Rapids, Michigan! A city with a vibrant destination with many offerings. Facility : Medical facility offering a variety of services. Opportunity : Seeking a full time Neuropsychologist (PhD) to join our Neuropsychology team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient Mon Fri (no holidays or weekends) No call! Team of four providers 8 neuro-cognitive testings per week Psychometrist to assist and business staff Completion of at least two years of clinical experience in an organized healthcare setting, supervised by a licensed psychologist, with one year post-doctorate Internship endorsed by the American Psychological Association Comprehensive adult and geriatric cognitive and psychological assessments to assist with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning Specific expertise in the assessment of : Memory disturbance, Dementia, Traumatic brain injury, Sports-related concussion, Cognitive disturbance associated with epilepsy, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson s disease, and other medical and neurological conditions Pre-surgical assessments, including examination of patients being evaluated for deep brain stimulation, bariatric surgery, and epilepsy surgery Assessment of decision-making capacity 2 years of work experience in a leadership role or has completed training specific skills to work in the position is highly preferred Compensation : Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
